Confide review: I tried Confide for a whole month and this is what I thought

Today, I’m coming to you with something really cool: a full review of one of my absolute favourite tools for secretive messaging: Confide. Confide is a desktop and smartphone app that has some of the most up-to-date functions for keeping all your conversations private. Today, we’ll have a closer look at all things Confide, and I’ll give you my full and complete Confide review including features, my personal experience, pros and cons and more.

What’s the Confide community like?

As we’ve already explained, Confide is not a community based app. Whereas some other sexting apps have features that revolve around finding people to sext with such as “swiping”, video chatting, chatrooms and more, Confide concentrates solely on making your spicy chats as safe and secure as possible.

Although this may seem like it makes the app less fun, it does mean that the Confide is good at what it does: concentrating its efforts on one goal means it’s effective! It’s also extremely trustworthy, and doesn’t give off any “scammy” vibes at all. To get some sort of a sense of community with Confide, try adding people you meet on other apps to your Confide messaging app, and keep the conversation going with the most secure chatting app there is!

Confide review: accounts and pricing

Something I really loved about Confide is that the app is totally useable on desktop and on my smartphone for free. However, Confide Plus offers a bunch of great features that aren’t available in the free version. Let’s have a closer look at Confide Plus, and why it’s a good idea to try it out!

Confide Plus offers even more ways to keep your chats private, but also some fun options for personalizing your experience. Here are some of the different features you can expect to get if you upgrade to Confide Plus :

• “Unsend” messages: with Confide Plus, you can retract any and all unread messages.
• Unlimited attachments: send as many photos, videos and voice recordings per message as you like.
• Incognito mode: this mode allows users to be totally invisible to anyone you don’t want to find you. This means that if you’re using Confide for anything adulterous, your wife will never find your account!
• Themes and nicknames: personalize your Confide experience with different themes, and set custom nicknames for all recipients.
• Access to Confide support: you’ll be a priority customer when it comes to getting tech support from the Confide team.

Confide Plus is available for just €9.99 a month, or €49.99 a year (€4.16/month). All subscriptions will be renewed automatically at the end of the billing period if you don’t cancel, however there’s no commitment, and you may cancel your subscription whenever you like.

Confide review: pros and cons

Perhaps the most important part of my Confide review, is the weighing of the for and against. Any good sexting app has some good and bad things about it, and picking the right one for you means taking a good look at the best and worst things about it. Let’s take a look.

My personal experience with the platform: how did Confide work out for me?

Well, since there’s no community aspect, I can’t very well review how many sexting partners I found through Confide. However, what I can review, is the experience of sexting my regular pen-pals with confide.

You may have already guessed it, but I loved my time using Confide. The app is aesthetically pleasing and easy to use, and has so many features that make it unique.

As someone that needs to hide my spicy affairs from prying eyes, the “screenshot proof” technology was amazing. Knowing that the stuff I was saying could never be used against me was exhilarating, it made me feel safe, like I could get really filthy and nobody would ever know! I sent some pretty ludicrous messages and pictures to my partners, and I don’t have to worry about them getting leaked!

I also made great use of the incognito mode: just in case my wife ever got the bright idea to check Confide and try and find my account, I made sure to be invisible except to my already confirmed friends.

All in all, I very much enjoyed sexting with Confide. It gave me a sense of security, and the personalization options made it very fun!

Confide review: my final thoughts

To bring my review of Confide to a close, I’d like to mention just how easy to use this app is. It’s very to the point, no whistles and bells, and does its job perfectly. I do wish there was a way to meet people to talk to within the app itself, such as a chat room option, but maybe that will come in due time. For now, Confide is the perfect companion for private talks and adulterous affairs without fear of getting caught. Just make sure to hide the app on your phone, and keep everything password protected!
